Aaron W. Levy is a screenwriter and playwright. His screenplay North Pond is currently being produced by Anthony Mastromauro of Identity Films (The Old Man and the Gun) and directed by David M. Rosenthal (A Single Shot, How it Ends) His screenplay Brookfield is currently in development with The Solution (Wheelman, November Man). As a playwright his plays have been produced and developed at numerous Off Broadway and Regional theaters including The Public Theater, The New Group, The Lark, The Cherry Lane Theatre, The Flea, The American Theater Company in Chicago, The Source Theater Festival in Washington D.C. and The Azuka Theatre in Philadelphia. He was a member of the Emerging Writers Group at The Public Theater and a member of the Royal Court Theatre’s New York Residency. He received his MFA from the Department of Dramatic Writing at NYU. Originally from Chicago and after many years in Brooklyn he now lives in Los Angeles.
